Information about Qatar University

How to apply for Qatar scholarship

(Internal scholarships) for students residing in the State of Qatar

New students

New accepted students at Qatar University will be able to apply for these scholarships after receiving the admission decision, through a link that will be sent to them via e-mail.

Enrolled students

Students can  submit the online application for scholarships through the online portal of the University  myQU  during the  period specified for  them on the scholarship website

(External scholarships) for new international applicants from outside the State of Qatar only

New students

Only new international students from outside the State of Qatar will be able to apply for scholarships after completing the admission application at Qatar University, via a link that will be sent to them via e-mail during the period specified for  them on the scholarship website.

Conditions for continuing with the Qatar University scholarship

Maximum duration requirement

All students who have obtained a Qatar scholarship must adhere to the maximum period of study as a scholarship, which is the period proposed by the scientific department that proposes the program to achieve graduation requirements for full-time students in addition to the duration of the foundation program (one year). If the student is enrolled in the Foundation Program
